A pharmacy technician role is available in Hialeah, FL, offering a valuable opportunity within a retail and long-term care setting. This contract position requires a reliable technician to support the distribution of prescribed medications while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding medication use
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT preferred)
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist patients effectively
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Additional shifts may include Fridays, as scheduled
