Key Responsibilities of Certified Pilates Instructor

Lead group and private Pilates sessions (mat and/or reformer-based).
Customize workouts to meet individual client needs and goals.
Demonstrate proper technique and posture to ensure safety and maximize results.
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback.
