About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.As a key member of the special education team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to help them succeed in their academic and social environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 12, based on IEP goals.

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized tools.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

  • Valid MN SLP license (or eligibility).

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
