Your mission:
Develop and design customised
ServiceNow architectures
for complex business requirements
Lead customer workshops to capture requirements and design strategic IT solutions
Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions in large projects, including
ITSM, ITOM, CSM
and other modules
Advise and support customers in optimising their ServiceNow instance and defining best practices
Monitoring and ensuring the scalability, performance and stability of the ServiceNow platform
Creating technical documentation and solution architectures
Coaching and mentoring implementation teams and junior architects
Integrating third-party systems into the ServiceNow platform using REST/SOAP APIs
Your profile:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), with proven experience in implementing ServiceNow projects
In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other ServiceNow modules
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (ITIL certification an advantage)
Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in ServiceNow projects
Expertise in developing scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and customising business rules and workflows
Experience in the architecture and integration of cloud solutions and third-party systems
Strong skills in requirements analysis, problem solving and strategic planning
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Ability to work independently and take responsibility as an external service provider or freelancer
