  • Very Good knowledge in Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, Aerodynamics, Conjugate Heat Transfer, Aerodynamics, Knowledge of automotive components

    • This position will be primarily responsible for executing Thermal Analysis on a full vehicle level and reporting out the issues and provide counter measures for CFD.

    Job Description:

  • Full vehicle knowledge of Automobile Systems and it's functions
  • Model Build using ANSA
  • Boundary Condition setup using UH3D & TAITHERM
  • Sound technical knowledge in Fluid Dynamics
  • Ability to Correlate CFD results with Physical Test data
  • Thorough knowledge of FAN modelling
  • Frontend opening and Heat rejection calculations
  • Debugging the simulations in case of issues in RADTHERM/StarCCM+ or any other coupling related issues
  • ENSIGHT post processing with report preparation
  • Knowledge on StarCCM+ to study any internal flow simulations
  • Knowledge of heat exchanger data sheet and interpretation
  • Knowledge of corrective action for any potential thermal issues and heat shield placement
  • Ability to handle/deliver projects independently and able to communicate with the customer
