CFD Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CFD simulations using tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or COMSOL.
• Develop and validate computational models for fluid dynamics, thermal management, aerodynamics, or combustion systems.
• Analyze simulation results and provide actionable insights to support design decisions.
• Optimize designs based on CFD findings to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and manufacturing.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal teams or clients.
• Automate simulation processes and develop best practices to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure model accuracy through mesh independence studies, verification, and validation.
