John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions Company, is looking for a CFD Engineer to join our growing team in Navi-Mumbai. The CFD team is part of the Engineering and Design Group, supporting our customers in optimizing their equipment and responsible to innovate John Zink engineered combustion and emissions solutions. This role is pivotal in driving technology and product development as well as in supporting our customers for various technology sectors including Flares, Burners, Thermal Oxidizers, and Vapor Control.

What You Will Do
•You will lead and execute CFD projects related to fired equipment from the proposal stage through analysis, reporting, and presentation
•Foster long-term business growth by contributing to technology, product development, and customer relationships with the ultimate goal of creating cycles of mutual benefit.
•Collaborate closely with combustion engineers to ensure the accuracy of CFD results by comparing them with test data
•Utilize CFD simulation capabilities to enhance product design, grow understanding of our technologies, mitigate process/warranty risks, and support business development by showcasing technical leadership and crafting innovative solutions for clients
•Providing support to the commercial department during the order acquisition phase, showcasing your strong technical capabilities and expertise
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Fresher to 2 yrs of experience into CFD role
• You place priority on integrity, you are contribution motivated and promote strong economical thinking
•You are passionate about CFD modeling and its applications
•Deep understanding of fluid mechanics and thermal sciences
•Proficiency in using CFD software like Siemens Star-CCM+, Ansys FLUENT or OpenFOAM
•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in the English language
•Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, e.g. mechanical, chemical, aerodynamics or fluid dynamics
•Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
What Will Put You Ahead
•Previous experience in combustion or heat transfer related fields
•Experience in an international work environment and in working directly with customers in Linux cluster administration
•Experience working in the oil & gas industry
•Subject matter expertise of thermal oxidizers or flares
•Noise/Acoustics knowledge
