CFO

A mid‑sized industrial company located in Manresa is looking for a CFO to support its transformation and growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Complete all financial reports, lead the month‑end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts (inventory, P&L, etc.).
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision‑making.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports to evaluate financial performance.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee external audits and ensure compliance with group standards and deadlines.
• Support stock management (feedstock and finished products) and unitary cost control.
• Follow up on subsidies and contribute to achieving the company’s funding objectives.
• Implement efficient cash and inventory management systems, ensuring visibility and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA in Finance is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish Plan Contable and IFRS.
• Experience in an industrial environment (recycling sector desirable).
• Strong analytical and methodical skills, with a collaborative and hands‑on approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial ERPs, and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.
• Proactive, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure.
