DS Group is seeking an accomplished CFO to provide strategic financial leadership to its Confectionery Division
Role Highlights:
- Strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and margin enhancement
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management aligned to business goals
- Oversee finance, accounting, Ind-AS compliance, audits, internal controls, and governance frameworks
- Manage taxation, treasury, working capital, cash flows, and capex planning
- Drive robust MIS, KPI dashboards, ERP/SAP optimization, and digital finance initiatives
- Interface with auditors, advisors, lenders, and external stakeholders; support capital market–related initiatives as required
Ideal Profile:
- CA (mandatory) ; CA+CS / MBA preferred
