CFO-Confectionary (Confectionary)

DS Group is seeking an accomplished CFO to provide strategic financial leadership to its Confectionery Division

Role Highlights:

• Strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, pricing, and margin enhancement
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management aligned to business goals
• Oversee finance, accounting, Ind-AS compliance, audits, internal controls, and governance frameworks
• Manage taxation, treasury, working capital, cash flows, and capex planning
• Drive robust MIS, KPI dashboards, ERP/SAP optimization, and digital finance initiatives
• Interface with auditors, advisors, lenders, and external stakeholders; support capital market–related initiatives as required
