CFO Evolution Wing Facilitator

The Growth Company's (GC) Justice Services team is excited to announce a new opportunity for a CFO Evolution Wing Facilitator to join our programme


In this role, you will support individuals in custody through structured group sessions and one-to-one work, helping them prepare for release and rebuild their lives. You’ll deliver a structured six-week course to small groups, working closely with fellow facilitators, prison staff, and peer mentors to support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.


The base for this role will be HMP Hull, with some requirement to work at HMP Humber as and when required depending on business needs. Therefore, access to a car and a full UK driving licence is essential.
