Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the organisation's growth objectives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Lead the development of financial strategies to optimise performance and profitability. Manage cash flow, investments, and risk to safeguard the company's financial health. Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align financial goals with overall business strategy. Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements across financial operations. Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve operational excellence. The Successful Applicant
A successful CFO should have:
A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field. Be part of a listed firm, will be great if they have worked in the IPO process Proven experience in financial leadership roles within the software industry. Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic initiatives. Experience in managing financial risks and investment portfolios. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership teams.
