One of my clients, a fast-growing tech company, is looking for a CFO to lead their global finance function and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of the business model, identifying value drivers, margin opportunities, and scalability constraints.
  • Provide clear financial narratives and decision frameworks for new initiatives, international expansion, platform investments, and potential M&A or divestment opportunities.
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Lead the global finance function, including accounting, tax, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations.
