    Job Description

  • Lead and manage the financial strategy for the organisation
  • Oversee Fund raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Planning, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital management.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

    Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant - Mandatory
  • 15+ years of Post qualification experience
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Experience in the business services sector, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
