Job Description
Lead and manage the financial strategy for the organisationOversee Fund raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Planning, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial reporting processes.Ensure compliance with internal controls.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability.Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital management.Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant - Mandatory15+ years of Post qualification experienceProven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.Experience in the business services sector, preferably within the retail industry.Excellent leadership and team management skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
