The Role
We're looking for a CFO at ecosystem level to work closely with the CEO and Founder.
This is not a traditional CFO role. The mission is to design, structure and protect the financial architecture of a growing multi-company platform.
Key Responsibilities

Cashflow management across the ecosystem and ventures

Structuring and monitoring licensing fee models

Managing intercompany loans, repayments and interest structures

Supporting refinancing processes with banks and financial partners

Building simple, scalable financial frameworks for replication
Requirements -
Senior finance background (CFO / Head of Finance) in scale-ups, platforms or multi-entity structures

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and cashflow-first approach

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making
