Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events. Assist in preparing materials for valuation committee and board presentations. Arrange travel itineraries and handle related bookings and documentation. Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with invoice validation. Support special projects and departmental initiatives, including training sessions and offsite meetings. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple team members in a professional services environment. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and presentations. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated ability to support 3-4 executives simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
