We are seeking a Revenue Accounting Senior Manager to join our client's team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the revenue accounting function, driving our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities extend beyond precise revenue recognition to fostering seamless collaboration with various teams, optimizing billing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Expected starting base salary $70 to $77 per hour. Responsibilities: Spearhead the design, implementation, and execution of scalable processes to optimize financial close and control efficiency. Reconcile and investigate outstanding accounts receivable balances, proactively addressing and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate seamlessly with Operations, Distribution Centers (DC), Wholesale, and other cross-functional teams to guarantee precision in customer invoicing and collections. Facilitate a smooth billing process through effective communication and cooperation with stakeholders. Prepare journal entries, meticulously review and approve entries, and ensure timely completion of account reconciliations from direct reports. Contribute to monthly financial analysis and generate insightful ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making. Manage and develop the operations of the Revenue Accounting team, taking full responsibility for day-to-day and month-end functions. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, promoting continuous improvement and skill development. Requirements: Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Robust problem-solving aptitude, capable of identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions. Ability to analyze transactional details within an enterprise resource planning system and articulate key findings to management. Build positive and collaborative relationships cross-functionally, making recommendations and implementing process improvements. Operate in an action-oriented and solution-driven manner, thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Experience: 5 years of accounting experience in CPG/Retail/Ecommerce.
