Overview

Dairysafe (Dairy Authority of SA) is the independent statutory authority committed to ensuring the safe production of dairy products in South Australia. Established under the Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes) (Dairy) Regulations 2017, Dairysafe is responsible to the Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development for administering the dairy industry food safety scheme and supporting a sustainable, productive and compliant dairy industry in South Australia.

We are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Board Directors for appointment by the Minister to the Dairysafe Board. Three positions are available for a three-year term, one of which will include appointment as Chairperson. The Board must include at least one appointee with extensive knowledge and experience within the dairy industry.
