Job Description

We're seeking a Change Analyst to support the delivery of change management initiatives within a large-scale ERP Program. You'll work closely with the Change Lead, Business Process Team, and Change Analysts to ensure changes are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and fully supported through high quality knowledge artefacts.

This role is central to ensuring alignment, consistency, and readiness across impacted business groups.

What you'll do
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support successful adoption of ERP Program changes.
  • Lead, coordinate, and conduct first review of change management artefacts, ensuring accuracy against Change Impact Assessments (CIAs).
  • Liaise directly with the Business Process Team Business Analyst to coordinate business engagement meetings; facilitate sessions with the Business Process Team as required.
  • Act as a primary point of guidance for Change Analysts, supporting them on processes, templates, and delivery standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate development of knowledge artefacts, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), simulations, quick reference guides, and other learning materials.
  • Conduct and contribute to Change Impact Assessments (CIAs), ensuring impacts are well understood and documented.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, providing insights on business preparedness and adoption progress.
  • Participate in business engagement sessions, presenting on change impacts, readiness, and key updates as required.
About you

You're an analytical, structured, and collaborative change practitioner who thrives in fast paced, complex environments. You're equally comfortable diving into detail and presenting change impacts clearly to stakeholders across the business.

You'll bring
  • Hands on experience delivering change activities within transformation programs (ERP experience desirable).
  • Strong understanding of change management planning, impact analysis, and readiness assessment.
  • Experience reviewing or producing change artefacts, SOPs, training materials, or knowledge content.
  • Confidence working with Business Process Teams and SMEs to validate impacts and co develop artefacts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR/Prosci) beneficial.
