The Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the setup, release and process for new part numbers and changes to bills of materials.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Become knowledgeable of all Oracle PD Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and Job Aid process documents; Able to follow/enforce all requirements and be able to point engineers to correct training resources
- Promptly set up approval and task assignments for all submitted changes according to process rules
- Track COs/NRCOs through systems and process to ensure timely completion and escalate as needed
- Coordinate with team for sharing pool of submitted changes
- Coordinate with other key groups to troubleshoot changes with errors or other issuesSupport team requirements for testing new tools and processes
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent communications skills - written & verbal; Spanish speaking with good English...
