Change Analyst (People, Culture & Process Focus)

• As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
• End-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption covering impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Technology field, HR Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering
• Experience in system implementation
• Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
