Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables
Under the guidance of the Implementation partner's Change Lead and working closely with Subject matter experts, the Change Analyst will contribute to the following:
- Stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment activities
- Communications and business engagement planning, coordination and artefact development (eg. leader key messages, presentations, factsheets, videos, posters), leveraging a variety of digital, print and face to face channels
- Training Needs Analysis, training materials development and training coordination
- Change Network liaison and coordination
- Supporting leaders with the delivery of key messages via existing channels (eg. toolbox talks)
- Identification and coordination of Business Readiness and embedding activities, including communications or manual workarounds required for the cutover / go live period, and post go live support arrangements

The Successful Applicant
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an Organisational Change Management role on a large / complex technology implementation.
- Experience with SAP ECC, Asset & Inventory Management processes/tools and/or the rail industry.
- Professional Organisational Change Management qualifications (eg. Prosci) desirable.
Specific Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working in organisational change management on a large / complex technology implementation, to support transition and drive adoption, to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Knowledge of organisational change management methodologies, tools and structure
- High level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, and ability to effectively develop strong working relationships with leaders, key stakeholders and employees, in a geographically dispersed environment.
- Demonstrated experience in working with a diverse team to achieve quality outcomes within required timeframes
- Demonstrated experience identifying change impacts and business readiness priorities, formulating plans to address these, and working with the business to execute those plans
- High level of communication skills and demonstrated experience planning and delivering communications interventions across a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience undertaking training needs assessment, developing training / learning support materials and supporting training delivery
