Job Description

Qualification

  • Degree in business administration, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, project management, people transition preferably for establishing a new site.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
