You will be working for a known organisation based in Birmingham. The requirement will be to be on-site 1–2 days a week. The role is until April 2026 with a possible extension. Localernment or Centralernment experience is essential for this role, along with excellent stakeholder management and change experience. This role inside scope of IR35.

Your new role

The Change Consultant is a specialist role responsible for managing the people side of change to drive successful adoption and deliver business oues. It goes beyondmunication, requiring strategic stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and adoption planning to ensure smooth transitions and maximise impact.
