Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the first point of contact shaping the efficiency of Trade Finance across Europe. You'll support the Dwings and eBanking tool ecosystem, driving adoption and enabling smooth digital migration. You'll work with cross‐border teams to align processes and deliver training, incidents handling and usage guidance. You will contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within Global Banking Operations. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven opportunity at BNP Paribas to enhance operational performance and user experience in trade finance.
