Job Description

Temper is partnering with a large, multi-site organization to support the delivery of a Workday ERP implementation and is seeking an experienced Change Coordinator to join the program.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in delivery-focused project environments and contributing immediately within an in-flight implementation.

Change Coordinator – ERP Implementation

The Role

Working as part of a broader project team, you will support the execution of change, communication and training activities across a major ERP program. The role will initially focus on final delivery activities and transition into ongoing adoption, training and communications support post go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute change activities for an ERP system rollout
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and supporting resources
  • Support training rollout activities and track completion and effectiveness
  • Draft clear, practical communications for impacted user groups
  • Liaise with project, HR and business stakeholders to support adoption
  • Identify and elevate change‑related risks and issues
  • Maintain change artefacts including training trackers, communication logs and documentation

About You

  • Experience supporting change activities on ERP or HCM system implementations
  • Practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work independently
  • Experience creating training materials and end‑user communications
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable stepping into an in-flight project environment
  • Confident working to fixed timelines and delivery milestones

Desirable Experience

  • Workday implementation experience
  • Exposure to structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR)
  • Experience supporting multi‑site or multi‑region programs

  • Perth‑based role
  • Fixed‑term contract with potential to extend
