Job Description
The **Change Enablement Consultant** partners with project teams and program sponsors to plan and execute people-centered change that accelerates adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures while sustaining business outcomes. Leveraging Manulife's Change Enablement Framework, the consultant conducts impact and readiness assessments, performs stakeholder analysis, develops comprehensive change enablement and communication plans, enables change networks/champions, and tracks metrics to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
