Change / Incident / Problem / Vulnerability manager

• Mission

We are looking for our new team member, passionate about ITIL processes and security governance, willing to be part of a team which is at the crossroads or all IT departments and addressing a large variety of subjects that help the IT department achieving A class results

• Main responsibilities

• Escalate, coordinate, animate committees, report and communicate on IT Major Incidents

• Review, assess, validate, animate CAB, report and communicate on IT Changes

• Log, coordinate, keep track, animate sessions, and report on IT Problems

• Log, coordinate, keep track, animate VMG meeting, and report on IT Major vulnerabilities

• Your Profile

• Master degree in IT and/or Security

• 5 years experience in Incident / Change / Problem / Vulnerability management

• Fluency in French and English

• ITIL certifications
