In this role, you’ll guide people through change with clarity, empathy, and confidence. You’ll support strategic and day‑to‑day change activities, build strong relationships, and make sure everyone has what they need to successfully adapt. It’s meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Manage ART Life’s change management framework and BAU change delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to design clear change plans, communications, and training.
  • Identify impacts early and help teams prepare for new ways of working.
  • Build strong connections with Enterprise Change teams to keep messages aligned.
  • Monitor change risks like fatigue and help create smoother, more sustainable adoption.
