JOB TITLE: Change Management Lead
DEPARTMENT: Transformation
JOB OBJECTIVES:-Understand process and change interventions and enabling technology for each business process of digital transformation and drive change management programme for successful implementation of all such identified opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the need, Prepare a Change Plan, along with impact assessment.
• Prepare and drive engagements stakeholder and leadership alignment.
• Prepare a communication document for each change, clearly capturing the process flows, handshakes, changes and RACI matrix.
• Integrate change management activities into the project – pre and post implementation
• Create end user training documentation and plans training for end user.
• Measure and communicate business benefit realization & adoption.
Position Reports to:Head of Transformation – Supply Chain
Key Customers:-Manufacturing, Logistics QSE, Demand Planning Team, WAPoS, RGM, RTM, IT, Digital
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering with Management qualification
Minimum Work Experience:2 – 3 years
Competencies/Skills/Abilities:
Behavioral Competencies:Should have good analytical mind set, logical thinking, good presentation skills, engagement, negotiation & influencing skills. Role requires high degree of visibility
Functional Competencies:Understanding of Supply Chain and Commercial processes and nuances of digital transformation
Language Proficiency:- English, Hindi
IT Knowledge: IT Savvy. Should be computer literate, with advanced MS Excel Power BI skills. Knowledge on SAP and prevailing digital solutions is desired.
