Overview

Job Description For Global Excel, change management is a key lever for the transformation of the organization. We are looking for a driven candidate who will act as a key player to support the business transformation. He/she will work cross-functionally with various departments, as well as with the project and change management teams to ensure proper alignment and ownership for the change. The primary role is to support in change management strategies and establish plans to support smooth transition, maximize stakeholder engagement and help the business in getting the benefits from the change. She/he is also responsible for the efficient project management of the activities detailed in the change management plan.
