Albertsons is seeking a passionate and experienced Enterprise Change Management Specialist to help drive excellence in our ITSM processes . If you're a process improvement advocate with a strong background in Change Management, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables):

  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM with a focus on Change Management
  • Proven experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Skilled in using KPIs to assess risk, track trends, and influence behavior
  • Familiarity with SOX Compliance and ServiceNow
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and a drive for process improvement
