Business Analyst - (Change & Release Mgt.)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of projects across the organization.

Mandatory Resource Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in an OCM, IT Change and Release Management role.
• Have at least one (1) of the following certifications:

Prosci certified change practitioner; or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

• Organizational Change Management (OCM), Information Technology (IT) Change and Release Management experience in a healthcare setting within the past twelve (12) months.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation, with a proven ability to produce clear and accurate requirements artifacts.
