We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join the Workforce Technology & Services (WTS) Team as a Change Management and Process Optimization Specialist. This role is ideal for a strategic, user-experience professional skilled at developing and executing strategies to ensure new products, systems, or processes are successfully adopted and used by their intended audience.

Key responsibilities include conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, creating communication and training plans, and managing resistance to change to maximize user engagement and achieve business goals.
