The Change Management Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change by developing and executing effective change management plans. They will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to assess change impact, design communication strategies, and ensure smooth change adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Change Management Director to develop and implement the change management strategy.
  • Lead and manage change management activities for assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Assess the potential impact of organizational changes and develop mitigation plans to address challenges.
