Overview

What You'll Do: As a Finance Change management Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and smooth adoption by Criteo employees of changes resulting from program ARCH, a major transformation initiative aiming at modernizing Criteo Core Finance processes and systems (Accounting, Consolidation, FP&A). You will act as Change management leader for the program, driving change efforts leveraging Criteo Change Model methodology and guidelines. You will provide support to Finance Owners, Program director and Project Managers in integrating change management activities into the project plans. In this context, you will be working with various teams located in all regions, with a larger finance team footprint in Barcelona and Paris.
