Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Should have a good understanding and experience in managing change management processes as per ITIL standards.
  • Should have knowledge and experience using SNOW and Jira tool.
  • Should be able to review and validate the completeness and correctness of the changes created in the queue for approval.
  • Work with stakeholders within the team and extended team who have raised the change or need to participate in the change.
  • Plan for Pre and Post Change tasks.
  • Plan for the team's availability for Pre and Post Change tasks.
  • Plan for change meetings as needed.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Change status report including failed change report.
  • Work as part of the current change management team to drive and deliver as per the agreed task.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
