Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have a good understanding and experience in managing change management processes as per ITIL standards.
- Should have knowledge and experience using SNOW and Jira tool.
- Should be able to review and validate the completeness and correctness of the changes created in the queue for approval.
- Work with stakeholders within the team and extended team who have raised the change or need to participate in the change.
- Plan for Pre and Post Change tasks.
- Plan for the team's availability for Pre and Post Change tasks.
- Plan for change meetings as needed.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Change status report including failed change report.
- Work as part of the current change management team to drive and deliver as per the agreed task.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
