<div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div> <div> Review and analyze design session and interview notes, recordings, and transcripts to identify inputs for stakeholder analysis, change tracking logs, and job impact analyses.</div> <div> Tabulate survey data, create visualizations, and summarize key findings to support decision-making.</div> <div> Build and maintain organizational charts to facilitate stakeholder identification and mapping.</div> <div> Document change impact gaps from current state to future state and identify associated risks and opportunities using multiple information sources.</div> <div> Draft initial research findings reports and summarize insights for project teams and stakeholders.</div> <div> Design and develop visual communications, including PPT decks, timelines, charts, and graphs, based on content outlines.</div> <div> Develop and maintain communication plans by populating key activities using prior examples.</div> <div> Coordinate training activities, including training calendars, materials tracking, version control, file organization, curriculum and job aid development, and producing recorded walkthroughs of workflows.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Qualifications:</b></div> <div> Bachelor's degree required.</div> <div> Minimum 6 years of experience in change management experience, ideally supporting large-scale IT initiatives and transformation projects.</div> <div> General understanding of organizational change management (OCM) principles, particularly for technology adoption.</div> <div> Familiarity with ERP implementations and associated OCM requirements.</div> <div> Experience with digital adoption platforms (DAP) and technologies for screen recording or training documentation.</div> <div> Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access.</div> <div> Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills for effective communication and presentation development.</div> <div> Demonstrated self-motivation, organizational and time-management skills, and deductive problem-solving abilities.</div> <div> Recognized for excellent professional accomplishments and contributions in previous roles.</div> <div> Ability to support technology or transformation projects, applying change management principles and practical tools effectively</div>
