Job Description

Client Human Capital Management (HCM) Department is undergoing a transformation to future-proof the workforce, modernize employee experience, and enhance processes and systems. The Change Manager will support the HCM Management team by providing project management and change management expertise during this critical period. This role will be part of the HCM COO Team, responsible for centralized oversight and delivery of all change management activities for large-scale divisional projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide change management support on global initiatives to transform HCM operations
  2. Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to make strategic recommendations on change approach, including engagement activities, communications, training, and go-live support
