• Develop and manage Project Change Management strategy with confidence
• Synthesize numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in
• Understand and have hands-on experience on various Change Management frameworks and methodologies. Drive a rigorous and structured approach for identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights
• Interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels at the client side - present analysis and recommendations, facilitate workshops, and negotiate or influence on significant matters
• Deliver effective and engaging presentations, with conformity to language and tone based on prescribed guidelines
