  • Title / Designation: Change Manager
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Experience: 9 – 12 years
  • Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change management for strategic, complex initiatives.
  • Design and implement change strategies that drive business value for key ES programs.
  • Identify stakeholder priorities and develop scalable engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate on communication and education programs aligned with change milestones.
  • Drive change readiness activities using metrics to maximize initiative benefits.
  • Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years’ experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
  • Experience in functional change management consulting.
  • Familiarity with leading change management methodologies; certification preferred (CCMP or PROSCI).
