Job Description

We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead organizational transformation by enabling positive changes in processes and protocols through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring. This role is key to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency. We are seeking a people-oriented leader (empathetic, supportive, and nurturing) who can guide employees at all levels to adapt to and embrace change with confidence.

Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and supervise organisational changes
  • Perform key roles in the change management process, which include strategizing to reduce expenses, boost revenue and amplify efficiency.
