Change Manager

Midland Transport is on an exciting transformation journey to improve customer experience and modernize our operations. To help bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a Change Manager to join our Transformation Team, based in the Irving Building in Dieppe.

The Change Manager is a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping to embed change leadership and capability across the organization. You will design and lead a comprehensive change management approach that drives adoption, engagement, and lasting impact - ensuring transformation isn’t something that happens to the organization, but something leaders and teams actively champion.
