About the Role Morgan McKinley are assisting our client, a leading organisation undertaking a large-scale transformation program to recruit a skilled Change Manager to join their Project Management team to assist the Programme Director to deliver a high-profile change and transformation program. This is an initial 12 month assignment, with hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, create actionable plans, and deliver results.
