Job Responsibilities:

1. Chair daily CAB meetings. Review changes presented and determine completeness and accuracy. Provide approvals and rejections of changes.

2. Administer the Change Audit Process. Review Change Audit report and distribute notification of non-compliant changes.

3. Enforce change management process and policy in organization.

4. Represent the Governance team at daily Operations Turnover meetings.

5. Collect required data and artifacts for SLA and Key Measurement reporting.

6. Prepare and distribute management reports as directed.

7. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Skills/Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of ITIL and focusing specifically on ITSM Change Management roles/responsibilities

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort around higher management

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Excellent logical and analytical skills

  • Requirements:

  • 6-10 yrs of working experience in Service Delivery, specifically Change Management

  • MS-Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint

  • Knowledge of ITSM would be added advantage

  • Associate should be flexible to work in shifts
