Our client, a leading FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Manager to support the delivery of a major technology and process platform that underpins a critical end to end workflow across the organisation.

This role will focus on hands-on change delivery, including training, communications, and operational readiness, working closely with product owners, local teams, and end users to ensure successful adoption.
