Your Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities related to the introduction of the new Target Operating Model;
- Develop and execute structured change strategies and communication plans, ensuring buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders across the organization globally;
- Identify change impacts across people, processes, and systems; proactively manage resistance and risks;
- Collaborate with senior leadership, People and Culture, internal communications, and transformation teams to ensure integrated delivery of initiatives;
- Design and facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions tailored to different audience needs;
