The IT Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating changes to IT systems and services to minimize risk, avoid service disruption, and ensure successful implementation. This role ensures that all changes follow established governance, are properly assessed, approved, scheduled, communicated, and reviewed in line with ITIL and organizational standards.

What You Will Do
- Own and manage the IT Change Management process end to end
- Assess, review, and approve change requests for risk, impact, and readiness
- Chair and coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Ensure changes are properly documented, tested, and authorized
- Maintain the change calendar and manage scheduling conflicts
