Ensure alignment with the overall transformation goals of the DT Organization.</li> <li><i><b>Collaborate with Global Teams: </b></i>Work closely with cross-functional teams across different regions to understand their unique challenges and requirements. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure consistent implementation of change initiatives.</li> <li><i><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b></i> Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.</li> <li><i><b>Training and Support:</b></i> Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems. Provide ongoing support to address any concerns or issues that arise during the transition.</li> <li><i><b>Monitor and Evaluate Progress:</b></i> Track the progress of change initiatives and measure their impact on the organization. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.</li> <li><i><b>Risk Management:</b></i> Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
