Role Overview
Our client, a leading global organization in the consulting and professional services space, is seeki-ng an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational and business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in non-IT change management (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations, or Customer Transformation) who can effectively partner with IT, digital, and business teams to drive cohesive transformation programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring adoption, engagement, and value realization across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured change management strategies aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and sponsorship alignment across multiple functions.
- Design and execute targeted communication and training interventions to support adoption.
- Conduct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments to guide implementation.
- Integrate change activities with overall project delivery and governance frameworks.
- Track adoption metrics, assess program effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate potential resistance or risks impacting transformation outcomes.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Preferred: MBA or master’s in management / finance for finance or customer transformation projects.
Certifications:
- Preferred: PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent.
- Other certifications like CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) or APMG Change Management Practitioner are desirable but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or process improvement roles.
- Proven track record delivering non-IT change programs (Finance, HR, Shared Services, Operations, or Customer transformation).
- Experience working in large, global organizations with matrix structures and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to digital or IT-enabled transformation is beneficial but not the primary focus.
- Industry background is flexible — experience across consulting, energy, manufacturing, services, or shared services sectors will be valued.

- Ability to develop structured change plans, governance frameworks, and RACSI matrices.
